Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in League City, TX is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA services in a multidisciplinary setting.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, competitive salary with a $2,000 sign-on, collaboration with PhD-level analysts, and career development through the ASCEND program, plus the chance to contribute to a national nonprofit.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with BCBA certification required.
• At least two years of ABA/IDD experience including behavioral assessments.
• Available for full-time orientation Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (2 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA services in a multidisciplinary setting.
• Develop and implement function-based interventions and caregiver training.
• Collaborate with caregivers during assessment and discharge planning.
