Able Minds ABA is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Martinsburg, WV. You will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans for children with autism, collaborating with a team and maintaining data-driven therapy with no caseload.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or a related field.
• Board Certification as a BCBA through the BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify strengths and needs for each individual.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with the team.
• Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism using evidence-based techniques.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to ensure comprehensive support for each individual.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans.
