Job summary

Able Minds ABA in Thomas, WV is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative team. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism, with no caseload to ensure focus on data-driven therapy.

Work with BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs to monitor progress, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation while delivering high-quality ABA services in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field completed.
• Board Certification as a BCBA (BACB).
• At least 1 year of experience with children with autism.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify areas of strength and need for each individual
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our team of professionals
• Provide ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, using evidence-based techniques and strategies
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with our team of professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and SLPs, to ensure comprehensive support for each individual
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans
