Job summary
Highlights Healthcare - Autism ABA Services is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for its locations in the New Bern, Newport, and Jacksonville area. The position offers flexible scheduling, full-time hours, and competitive compensation up to $115,000 annually.
As a BCBA, you'll guide and mentor other analysts, conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Benefits include 9 paid holidays, relocation assistance, and a sign-on bonus.
Qualifications
- Must have a reliable car, valid Driver’s License, and proof of insurance.
- At least 2 years of BCBA experience.
- Experience with programming and developing intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and mentorship for behavior analysts and student analysts.
- Conduct and interpret ABA assessments including FBA/FA.
- Monitor effectiveness of skill-building interventions utilizing ABA.
- Develop child-specific behavior plans according to ABA Therapy principles.
