Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families in Nebraska. The role is hybrid, with remote work and one required in-person visit per month.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to advance clinical progress while ensuring ethical and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Eligibility for Nebraska licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or willingness to obtain).
• ABA experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans


• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs


• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed


• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals


• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Nebraska behavior analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)


• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field


• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour


• Rates are negotiable based on experience


• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
