Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. The position is hybrid, with most work conducted remotely and only one required in-person visit per month.

Eligible candidates must hold Nebraska BCBA licensure (or be willing to obtain) and have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.
