Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings.

BCBA Consultant - Advance your career in ABA

We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for a consultation-based role providing ABA training, supervision, and consultation services in collaboration with public school teams. Clinicians receive extensive support and resources from NECC's central school while making a meaningful difference in educational environments.

This role is ideal for BCBAs who are passionate about consultation, system-level impact, and supporting students in school-based environments.

What You'll Need
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • State License in ABA
  • Significant, supervised clinical and educational experience and skills
  • Experience designing and overseeing the delivery of applied behavior analytic services
  • Experience in staff training and staff supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, motivated and flexible, and have skills and interest in working with people from a variety of disciplines (parents, teachers, professionals, paraprofessionals, administrators).
  • Driver's license or access to reliable transportation
