Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is expanding its ABA services in Nebraska and seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid role with one required in-person visit per month. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians across children and families.

Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation and ethical standards are met.

Qualifications

• Nebraska licensure eligibility or current licensure is required or desired.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Nebraska. This is a hybrid position, allowing clinicians to work primarily remotely while completing one required in-person visit per month.

In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful clinical progress.

Compensation

• Up to $90/hour
• Rates are negotiable based on experience
• Hybrid position with only one required in-person visit per month
• No minimum or maximum caseload requirements
• No non-compete agreements
