Job summary

Positive Solutions Behavior Group, LLC in Florence, KY is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current certification and state licensure to assess and design individualized treatment plans across clinic, home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification with current license preferred.
• 1+ year experience as a Behavior Analyst in home/community settings preferred.
• Experience setting up language programs to facilitate communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; professional conduct in all settings.
• Willingness to grow and develop skills as a Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Implement assessment goals and behavior plans; monitor progress.
• Interface with caregivers and professionals to explain behavioral interventions.
• Train caregivers and staff on positive behavioral strategies across settings.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure program effectiveness.
