At The Trudeau Center, we’ve spent over 60 years championing the potential of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities—and we’re just getting started. Our ABA Home & Center-Based Programs are growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated, licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to guide, coach, and innovate alongside a passionate team.
Your Impact
As our ABA Program Clinical Supervisor, you’ll drive the clinical success of our ABA programs, support families, and mentor staff—all while creating individualized, life-changing treatment plans for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Your leadership will directly shape the outcomes of the children we serve and the professional growth of the team around you.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise and support clinical staff and ABA therapists delivering in-home and center-based services.
- Conduct assessments, design treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and guide evidence-based programming.
- Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership to ensure every child’s plan reflects their unique needs and goals.
- Create and deliver staff training to strengthen ABA knowledge and best practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation and clinical notes to support quality care and compliance.
- Coach and mentor staff, including those pursuing BCBA certification.
- Support ongoing improvement through data-driven decision-making and participation in policy development.
- Travel throughout Rhode Island to meet families and observe in-home sessions.
Who You Are
- A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current LBA licensure in Rhode Island.
- Experienced (2+ years) working with children on the autism spectrum and developing individualized ABA curricula.
- Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and team collaboration.
- Passionate about inclusive, person-centered care and ethical ABA practice.
- A clear communicator who connects with families, caregivers, and professionals alike.
- Comfortable working in both home and center-based environments, and ready to drive across the state if needed.
