Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together, believing that by supporting both, we can achieve more. Our clinical team is led by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, serving families and children across multiple states.

Position Overview

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our team. This BCBA will oversee a team of behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians, collaborate with families to develop treatment plans, and oversee clinical services to ensure high-quality care. The position can be based in a clinic, at home, or in a hybrid setting. Candidates must hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have licensure in Michigan as a Behavior Analyst.
