Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our clinical team is led by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, serving families and children across multiple states.

Position Overview

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our team. This BCBA will oversee a team of behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians, collaborate with families to develop treatment plans, and oversee clinical services to ensure high-quality care. The position can be based in a clinic, at home, or in a hybrid setting. Candidates must hold a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and have licensure in Michigan as a Behavior Analyst.
