Job summary

Beachmont Behavioral Health in California is seeking a BCBA – Clinical Supervisor to lead clinical, non-executive supervision. You will conduct assessments, write BIPs, and mentor staff across Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.

The role emphasizes ethics, payer coordination, and data-driven treatment with flexible schedule, mainly weekdays, and a hybrid work setting including in-home/community visits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; eligible for payer credentialing.
• Experience supervising RBTs/behavior technicians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments; develop data-based treatment plans and BIPs.
• Oversee treatment integrity via direct supervision, fidelity checks, and performance feedback for RBTs/behavior technicians.
• Deliver caregiver training using BST and evidence-based curricula.
• Monitor outcomes via data systems and adjust plans using visual analysis.
