As the Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services, you will develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities in home and community settings. You will oversee clinical aspects of ABA client programming and supervise behavior technicians providing services.
Education and Experience Required: The candidate must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, with at least a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Childhood Development, or related fields from an accredited institution. Relevant experience in ABA services with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities and at least one year of supervisory experience are required.
