Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers together, we can do more. Our clinical team is lead by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen different states.
By growing and working together, our team continues to expand how and what we do to help support the families and children we serve. Our focus is on building a team of experts that support many functions within Akoya and support the strengths of each team member individually. We work to foster effective and open communication amongst the different team members and departments to ensure that all employees are able to get involved and make a difference regardless of position or level. We also work to improve not only the independence of the children we work with, but to support the independence and work of all team members.
Given the nature of business and the current start-up stage for Akoya Behavioral Health, this role will likely influence and support other roles across the company in various aspects.
