Job summary

Accel Therapies seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments, design data-driven treatment plans, and mentor junior staff. This full-time, in-person hybrid role in Victorville combines center-based and home-based ABA with remote flex two days per week.

You will collaborate across teams, support parent training, and contribute to ongoing QA and curriculum development. A Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with autism.
• Comfortable using iPad and data collection tools.
• Background check clearance required.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.
