Job summary

Accel Therapies in Victorville, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments, develop data-driven treatment plans, and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors in a collaborative clinical setting.

This full-time, hybrid position also mentors staff, delivers parent training, and supports ongoing QA and curriculum development, with opportunities to collaborate on innovative research with UCLA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfort with technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling).
• TB test, immunization records, and background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.
