BUILDING BLOCK RESOLUTIONS INC in Orange County, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor for a full-time hybrid role. You will lead clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

The role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$90,000 plus incentives, health/dental/vision coverage, and a SIMPLE IRA with company match. Strong administrative support is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification (BACB).
• At least 1 year BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise staff across settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care for a manageable caseload (10-15 clients).
• Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week.
• Review and finalize FBAs and treatment plans.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to staff.
• Ensure ethical, high-quality ABA services across settings.
