Job summary

Accel Therapies is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead functional assessments and supervise BTs and Program Supervisors. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment planning and high clinical quality within a collaborative team.

The position offers hybrid onsite/remote flexibility, with opportunities for professional development, involvement in research collaborations, and ongoing QA initiatives. Experience with autism is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, data collection, scheduling platforms).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to BTs and Program Supervisors.
• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality.
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development.

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

• Location: Indian Wells, CA (92210)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Enjoy your evenings at home!
• In-person, Center-based ABA
• Remote/ Work From Home Flexibility : 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite
• 6,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)

• A completed Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• An active, unexpired Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Comfortable using technology (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance
• Spanish-speaking is a plus
