Job summary

Accel Therapies in Indian Wells, CA is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead assessments, develop data‑driven treatment plans, and mentor BTs/Program Supervisors in a center‑based ABA program with some WFH days.

The role offers clinical leadership, collaboration with UCLA initiatives, and a pathway to advance quality patient care while reducing administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Experience with autism and developmental needs.
• Comfort with iPad, data collection, scheduling platforms.
• TB test, immunization records, background clearance.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans

• Deliver parent training and ensure high clinical quality
• Contribute to ongoing training, QA, and curriculum development

In-person, Center-based ABA

Remote/ Work From Home Flexibility : 2 days WFH, 3 days onsite

6,000 annual performance bonus (paid monthly)
