Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together, and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers, we can do more. Our clinical team is led by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen states.
By growing and working together, our team continually expands our methods to better support the families and children we serve. We aim to build a team of experts supporting various functions within Akoya, emphasizing the strengths of each member. We foster effective, open communication among team members and departments to ensure everyone can contribute and make a difference, regardless of their position or level. We are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to join our team. The BCBA will oversee a team of behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians, collaborate with families to develop treatment plans, and oversee clinical services to ensure the highest quality of care. This position can be located in a home or hybrid setting. Candidates must have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and hold Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
