Intercept Health in Virginia seeks a Clinical Supervisor of ABA Services to oversee therapy programs for children with autism in the clinic and home settings. You will provide clinical oversight to ABA programming and supervise behavior technicians delivering direct services.

The ideal candidate is a BCBA in good standing with a relevant master's or bachelor's degree and at least one year of supervisory experience, with experience implementing ABA for autism and other developmental disabilities.

Formación

• BCBA in good standing with the behavior analyst certification board.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field from an accredited institution.
• Experience implementing ABA services with autism or developmental disabilities.
• At least one year of supervisory experience in ABA settings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and supervise ABA therapy programs for children with autism in clinic and home settings.
• Provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervise behavior technicians.
• Guide program evaluation, data collection, and treatment fidelity.
