Akoya Behavioral Health is a clinician-owned and operated in-home ABA program specializing in children with autism. Our focus is on the family and client together, and we believe that by incorporating and supporting the family/caregivers, we can achieve more. Our clinical team is led by a BCBA with over 20 years of experience in the ABA field, having served families and children in more than a dozen states.
We emphasize cultivating communication and working collaboratively to expand our support for families and children. Our goal is to build a team of experts supporting various functions within Akoya, fostering effective communication across departments, and enhancing the independence of both the children and our team members.
We are seeking a highly motivated BCBA to oversee a team of behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians, collaborate with families to develop treatment plans, and supervise clinical services to ensure high-quality care. This position can be located in a clinic, at home, or in a hybrid setting. Candidates must have a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and hold licensure in Michigan as a Behavior Analyst.
