Beautiful Minds Center, an industry-leading provider of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), is hiring qualified and compassionate BCBAs for part-time roles in East Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and surrounding areas.

Our team typically works in clients' homes during after-school hours, with some morning availability in home and school settings. Candidates must be able to work weekday afternoons, with flexible hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and be available from 3:00 pm onward at minimum three days a week.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Active MFT license and/or PsyD license
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, sociology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including ASD with challenging behaviors
• Preferred: 1+ year in leadership or supervisory roles
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines

Compensation:

• $50-$70 per hour based on experience
