Blue Jay ABA in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical care and supervise RBTs. This full-time role focuses on client assessments, treatment planning, data-driven supervision, and collaboration with families to improve outcomes.

The BCBA will mentor staff, coordinate cross-professional care, and stay current with ABA research to ensure high-quality services for children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs
• Conduct Parent Training sessions
• Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals
• Coordinate care with other professionals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA and related fields.
• Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members
