Job summary

Action Behavior Centers seeks an experienced clinical leader to guide our ABA therapy program. You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, oversee patient assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure high-quality care for children with autism.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with supervisory experience.
• Experience leading ABA therapy teams.
• Familiarity with CEU budgeting and staff development.
• Strong communication with families and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
