Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a clinical leader to oversee ABA therapy delivery and supervise the clinical staff. You will guide patient assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and ensure regulatory compliance across the center.

You will mentor clinicians, coordinate with families, and drive continuous improvement in therapy outcomes, leveraging Bear Bay? mentorship and leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential required.
• Experience leading ABA clinical teams.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and mentor trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
