Leadership Responsibilities

• Support clinic financial health.
• Manage new patient intakes and team scheduling.
• Interview for BT, RBT, BCBA roles.
• Build relationships with families and teammates.
• Apply OBM principles to foster positive culture.
• Monitor BCBA hours and team performance.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings.
• Oversee teammate onboarding, training, and evaluations.
• Conduct quality audits and support treatment transitions.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree with BACB-approved ABA coursework.
• Minimum 3 years as a practicing BCBA, preferably in a clinic.

Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually.
