Leadership Responsibilities
- Support clinic financial health.
- Manage new patient intakes and team scheduling.
- Interview for BT, RBT, BCBA roles.
- Build relationships with families and teammates.
- Apply OBM principles to foster positive culture.
- Monitor BCBA hours and team performance.
- Lead weekly leadership meetings.
- Oversee teammate onboarding, training, and evaluations.
- Conduct quality audits and support treatment transitions.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree with BACB-approved ABA coursework.
- Minimum 3 years as a practicing BCBA, preferably in a clinic.
- State license as required.
- Experience with children with autism and related disorders.
- Passion for growth, innovation, and building teams.
Salary range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually.
