Job summary

Reliatus Behavioral Health in Georgia seeks a BCBA-licensed Clinical Director to lead clinical operations at the Richmond Hill/St. Marys facility. You will oversee staff, ensure HIPAA-compliant patient care, and drive policy adherence and quality improvement.

The role reports to the President/CEO and requires active state licensure, 5+ years in ABA, and strong management experience in healthcare settings. In-person work schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral health and ABA.
• Experience in healthcare management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO and federal/state guidelines.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and oversee billing integrity.
• Review referrals and ensure licensure is active for all practitioners.
• Monitor patient outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives.

We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as Clinical Director for a premier ABA facility in Richmond Hill, GA. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this leadership position is responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring strict compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Sign-On Bonus: $7,500
• Annual Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.

The Role & Responsibilities

The Clinical Director serves as the clinical records owner and ensures the highest quality of care through systematic oversight and mentorship.

• Clinical Leadership: Manage and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the clinic adheres to JCAHO standards and all federal/state guidelines.
• Operational Oversight: Develop and implement clinical policies; conduct systematic reviews of clinic billings to ensure they are lawful and non-fraudulent.
• Administrative Duties: Post required identification signs within the clinic, review patient referral contracts, and ensure all practitioners maintain active licensure.
• Quality Improvement: Monitor patient outcomes and collaborate with management to align clinical practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is strictly required.
• Education: Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Speech Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Licensure: Must be currently licensed to practice in the state of Georgia.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in behavioral health and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Skills: Proven experience in healthcare management, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
• Ethics: Ability to maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards and prioritize patient care.

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday – Friday. Work Location: In-person at the St. Marys clinic.
