Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Pineville, NC seeks a BCBA Clinical Director to lead the ABA therapy team and oversee assessments and treatment plans. The role focuses on delivering high-quality services with a compassionate care approach and strong supervisory leadership.

You will work Monday–Friday with daytime hours, manage a small caseload, and benefit from mentorship opportunities and a robust compensation package.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active clinical practice are required.
• Experience leading a clinical team in ABA therapy is essential.
• Strong supervision and mentorship abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses:Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you\'ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
