Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to lead and oversee the clinical team delivering ABA services at our Mallard Creek location in Charlotte, NC. You will supervise patient assessments, design individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical standards.

The role emphasizes mentorship of staff and collaboration with families, with opportunities for leadership growth and long-term ownership within the company.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs/trainees preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
