Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is seeking a BCBA leader to guide our clinical team in Morrisville, NC. You will oversee patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with best practices in behavioral health.

You’ll mentor RBTs and supervise trainees, drive ongoing professional development, and collaborate closely with families and other professionals to deliver compassionate, high-quality ABA services. Join a growing center focused on impact and growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with eligibility for state licensure.
• Experience leading clinical teams in ABA settings.
• Strong mentorship and supervision of RBTs and trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and clinical quality.

Compensation And Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Your Role

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
