Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a leader to manage the clinical team delivering high‑quality ABA therapy. You will oversee patient assessments and create individualized plans while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Compensation And Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Your Role

• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, self‑improvement, and professional development within the center.
