Job summary

Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism is seeking a dedicated leader to oversee the clinical ABA team and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will supervise patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and ensure compliance with behavioral health standards while guiding staff in evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible.
• Experience leading clinical ABA teams.
• Strong knowledge of ABA practice and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health.
• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Compensation And Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package up to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.
  • Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

Bonus Structure

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Your Role

• Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care.
