Job summary

Surpass Behavioral Health in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Director to lead ABA-based care for children and families. You will oversee clinical programs, guide evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while Surpass handles credentialing, authorizations, and scheduling so you can focus on delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field required
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB required
• At least three years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum in a clinical or multidisciplinary setting
• Demonstrates integrity by following BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and organizational policies

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch clinical services with high quality care while admin tasks are handled by the organization
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support clients and families
• Mentor and guide staff to ensure adherence to evidence-based ABA practices
• Contribute to program development and continuous improvements in service delivery

Education
