Autism Learning Partners seeks a BCBA leader to supervise clinicians in a hybrid role, combining in-home/school supervision with telehealth. You’ll help ensure high-fidelity implementation of ABA plans while guiding a team of BCBAs and technicians.

The role includes robust onboarding, ongoing CEUs, research opportunities, and flexible scheduling with strong health benefits and a path for professional growth within a supportive, boutique-like clinical network.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and BACB credentials.
• Background check, TB test, pre-employment physical exam.
• Immunities to MMR/VZV requested for onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision and support for Behavior Technicians to ensure treatment fidelity.
• Conduct FBAs and develop ABA programs while educating parents.
• Provide ongoing clinician mentoring and drive data-driven program improvements.
