Overview
Under general direction, review the delivery of behavior programs to subcontracted vendor participants based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Ensure subcontractors provide adequate caregiver training and the development and delivery of specific intervention activities in accordance with the treatment plan by auditing subcontracted vendors and monitoring the development of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate the quality of subcontracted vendor programs by observing procedures at various locations throughout the organization’s territory.
- Review and approve treatment plans and progress reports submitted by the subcontracted vendor, ensuring active authorization for each participant and progress toward goals.
- Submit annual quality assurance reports for services, focusing on reducing participant grievances.
- Address and resolve concerns from vendors and parents, such as expired authorizations, vendor productivity issues, and appropriate care levels.
- Assess the effectiveness of vendor services by reviewing participant assignments and communication with relevant parties.
- Participate in monthly CSCM meetings, conduct annual vendor audits, and perform follow-up as directed by the Director.
- Prepare and report on monthly caseloads, including concerns and progress, and perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in early childhood education/development, special education, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA); MFT or licensed psychologist preferred.
- Three years of relevant experience working with children with ASD in a multidisciplinary setting preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of evidence-based methodologies for children with ASD and familiarity with current research.
- Expertise in ABA-based interventions including PRT, NET, PECS, BST, and EFA.
- Proficiency in empirically supported assessment and intervention strategies for ASD.
- Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership skills, with case management experience.
- Ability to speak a foreign language such as Spanish or Chinese is preferred.
- Ability to interpret and implement policies, procedures, and regulations effectively.
- Good judgment, decision-making skills, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work cooperatively with diverse individuals and groups.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary criminal record clearances.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Reliable transportation for local travel, with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
- This position involves a hybrid work environment, combining remote work and field visits.
