Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Clinical Assessor for a hybrid role in Fayetteville, NC. You will assess clients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with our therapy team to ensure accurate implementation of goals.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in ABA and BCBA certification, with the opportunity for both part-time and full-time scheduling. Compensation is $90–$110 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
• BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
• Part-time and full-time schedules available.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral strengths and challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Collaborate with therapists and other professionals to ensure effective treatment implementation
• Write detailed reports and present findings to parents and treatment teams
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing program development and improvement
• Provide training and support to junior staff members
