Little Spurs Autism Centers in San Antonio is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$110,000, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Clinicians will benefit from strong leadership mentorship and a supportive culture.

This role focuses on quality care, with caseloads managed to prevent burnout and ensure ethical service delivery. Applicants should have a master’s degree and active BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Current Texas LBA.
• Experience providing direct BCBA services.
• Strong, ethical clinical judgment and a commitment to assent‑based ABA.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Ensure ethical, assent‑based ABA service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain clinical documentation and payer compliance.
