Golden Care Therapy NJ in Hamilton Township, New Jersey seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Lead to guide our team of BCBA and ABA professionals delivering high-quality ABA services to children with Autism and their families.

You will develop and implement center-based treatment plans, mentor staff, collaborate with parents and other healthcare professionals, and ensure compliance with ABA standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of BCBAs and ABAs to deliver exceptional patient care
• Develop and implement center-based treatment plans
• Mentor and coach team members to improve skills and performance
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure treatment plans are effective
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and research to maintain expert knowledge and leadership
