Behavioral Innovations in College Station is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. Our organization has over 25 years of experience and operates more than 100 centers across multiple states, providing center-based ABA therapy for children with ASD.

We offer a competitive salary range ($85,000–$97,000), 20 days PTO plus 7 holidays, internal CEUs, tuition discounts, and company-paid licensure renewal and supervision training.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy consistent with BCBA supervision and client plans.
• Participate in ongoing training, orientation, and six weeks of onboarding at the center.
• Support RBT training and collaboration through the RBT Buddy program.
• Contribute to centralized office support processes for intake, billing, and authorizations.
