Overview

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Open to Relocation

Location: Various designated relocation locations. Full-time role with relocation assistance and student loan forgiveness opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
  • Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
  • Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
  • Other typical BCBA activities
Responsibilities (expanded)
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to team members seeking BCBA certification
Requirements
  • Masters degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Committed to obtaining the required state licensure to provide services — and we will cover the cost
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
