BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst – open to relocation. Position available at ABA Centers of America.

Base Pay

Pay range: $85,000 /yr – $100,000 /yr

Relocation Support

Up to $15,000 relocation assistance and student loan forgiveness up to $24,000.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and monitor skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Oversee behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Active BCBA certification (required).
• Commit to obtaining required state licensure (covered).
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance.
• Background/drug screening and clean driving record.
