What You’ll Do
  • Design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs
  • Oversee implementation of behavior‑analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
  • Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment)
  • Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis
  • Other typical BCBA activities
Requirements
  • Master’s degree
  • Active BCBA certification, required
  • Commitment to obtaining required state licensure; cost coverage provided
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
