Aluma Care Management LLC in Nashua, NH is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team. The role focuses on developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans and guiding supervision of RBTs to ensure client progress.

The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA, and strong leadership and collaboration skills with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $60 - $90/hour
• Part-Time and Full-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Nashua, New Hampshire
