Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc in California is seeking licensed BCBAs to join a growing team. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervise BCBA candidates and RBTs, with travel to client homes and offices as needed to ensure progress.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis

Skills
