Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to lead pediatric autism therapy within a fully equipped center. You will design and implement individualized intervention plans and mentor clinical staff in collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and psychologists.

Responsibilities include conducting FBAs, developing POCs, and guiding RBTs and BCBA Fellows. Remote days support administrative work, with a strong emphasis on team-based, mission-driven care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA credential in good standing.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

• Direct Clinical Care: conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for holistic care.
• Mentor RBTs, BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Complete treatment planning and POC updates during remote days.
• Train and support families to ensure home–clinic consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (Required).
