BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Antelope Valley

About Us:

Developmental Pathways is dedicated to providing high-quality autism services and improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview:

As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
  • Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
  • Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)
  • Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training
  • Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel
  • Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred
