Big Dreamers ABA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership with a 75% remote schedule and about 25% in-person supervision in Maryland. The role emphasizes small caseloads, strong administrative support, and opportunities for growth.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, perform functional behavior assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans while ensuring regulatory and payer

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license are required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and clinical decision-making skills are essential.
• Willingness to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while working remotely the rest of the time.

Responsibilities
