Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a BCBA to join a team that supports its clinicians. This role offers 75% remote work with approximately 25% in-person supervision for clients and RBTs, along with administrative support to minimize scheduling burdens.

You will conduct functional assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while ensuring Maryland regulations and payer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide ~25% in-person supervision while remaining remote.

Responsibilities
