Hopebridge in Snellville, GA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead pediatric ABA therapy with a multidisciplinary care approach. You will conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans for children, collaborating daily with OTs, SLPs, and psychologists to ensure comprehensive care.

You will mentor RBTs and BCBA fellows, oversee plan-of-care updates, and support families to maintain consistency across home and clinic.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Direct Clinical Care: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and construct individualized treatment plans for pediatric learners.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner daily with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists to provide holistic care tailored to each child's needs.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Guide and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), BCBA Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs.
• Administrative Flexibility: Complete treatment planning, plan-of-care (POC) updates, and administrative tasks during dedicated work-from-home days.
• Parent & Caregiver Support: Provide training and support to families to ensure consistency across home and clinical settings.
